- How long will it be before my bridge is delivered?
Free standard delivery is for mainland UK addresses. If you are outside of this area please contact us for an alternative quote.
We deliver all products within 5 - 8 working days for our standard delivery (except bridges over 3 metres in length), and all bridges with turbo delivery within 2 - 4 working days. Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.
All of our products on the website are delivered by a third party courier on our behalf.
We also offer Saturday delivery and morning delivery, please contact us for a price.
If you wish to track your order you can contact us, and we will inform you of the status of your order.
When ordering please leave at least one telephone number so that we can pass this on to the delivery driver in the event of any delivery problems.
Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made direct to your door by a third part courier service. We are not responsible for any additional lifting or carrying of your goods. Some of our larger bridges are often large and heavy so the delivery driver may require assistance in unloading. In this event we will contact you to arrange this.
IMPORTANT: If a product arrives in a damaged condition, you must sign for the goods "damaged" on the carrier's delivery consignment note, and inform us within 24 hours of the delivery. If you sign for the goods "unchecked" or anything else but "damaged" we will not be able to make a valid claim on your behalf with the courier. Failure to comply with this may mean that it may not be possible to replace/refund your goods.
GardenBridge.co.uk Limited will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery and will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
- How do I place an order?
Simply find the range of bridge you would like and scroll down to the table of prices at the bottom, select your bridge colour from the drop down list then click 'Add to basket' below the price of the bridge you wish to buy in the table.
If you don't wish to order online we also accept cheques by post and credit cards over the phone. See the bridge range pages for more details on purchasing.
- How do I know if you have received my order?
Once payment has been successfully executed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email. This will include your order reference number, order details, delivery address and estimated delivery time. We don't charge VAT and all prices are in GBP.
When your order is ready for delivery we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day.
If you have any queries whatsoever on either our products or ordering on-line, please contact us. Our friendly service is available to take your enquiry.
We reply to all emails within 48 hours.
- How can I pay for my bridge?
You can pay for your shopping on-line, we take of all major credit cards and also accept PayPal. In the case of card payments, funds are taken instantly at point of order.
We also accepted. To order a bridge by cheque first find the bridge you want to purchase, choose wood colour and delivery type and press purchase. when you are on the payment page choose the 'Click here to pay by phone or cheque' button fill in the form that appears then send us a cheque for the total amount along with confirmation of the details of the bridge(s) you have ordered, and your name and address.
Cheques should be sent to the address on the contact us page.
Unfortunately orders paid for by cheque will only be dispatched once payment has been cleared. If you are using this form of payment, please make cheques payable to GardenBridge.co.uk Limited.
- Is it safe to buy online?
The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of our business and our top priority at GardenBridge.co.uk Limited.
We take all our on-line payments through Secure Trading or PayPal.
Paying by card through SecureTrading the URL of this page begins with https:// - this means that the page is hosted on a secure server and all transactions taking place are encrypted, so your card details are protected.
SecureTrading's online payment system is the most sophisticated available. All financial transactions are processed securely behind protected firewalls, allowing us to safely process your card payment with the bank. Financial details are never left unencrypted on any part of our system, and are never sent by Internet email.

If you use PayPal your PayPal will automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to PayPal's site, PayPal's server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers.
A confirmation that your order has been received safely will be displayed on your screen a few moments later. You will also be e-mailed an order confirmation after further processing.
We never pass on any payment or transaction details. We only pass on any of your address details with your permission and to select third-party companies.
- What if a product is out of stock?
We make all of our products to order, this is due to the large number of sizes and styles available. We make every effort to deliver on time. However, on occasion during busy periods, our workshop may run behind schedule. If this is the case, you will be advised your order is delayed. If this delay is unacceptable to you, we will reimburse your payment in full.
- Can I track my order?
Yes you can. Simply contact us and we will track your order for you.
